With no digital capabilities and no value proposition for digital talent, the company needed to reinvent itself.
In only nine months, we built a new digital business from the ground up:
- designed a unique organizational structure for the digital entity, and defined how it would interact with the broader organization
- built and released new user-centric digital products, including a redesigned global website and intuitive travel-agent sales tools
- attracted and hired a full team of digital experts, including product managers, software engineers, user-experience designers agile coaches
- used design thinking principles and zero-based design workshops to create a customer-first culture across the full organization
