Future-proofing a federated nonprofit’s revenue generation strategy
We supported the national office of a large, federated nonprofit with evaluating their strategy across various sources of earned income, assessing market viability, the client’s value proposition in the market and financial performance, as well as the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic and other market trends. We defined recommendations for each revenue source with potential to significantly uplift new customer uptake and customer retention.
Developing a 10-year strategy for a major global NGO
We partnered with a large NGO to help them prioritize the impact they want to drive in more than 40 target geographies, articulate their approach to help communities transition from short-term crises to longer-term development, and determine how to elevate the organization’s response to climate change and the climate crisis.
Helping accelerate women’s representation in the technology industry
We assisted a nonprofit that wanted to advance educational equity for women by helping them form partnerships with more than 30 large universities, leading to a step change in the representation of women in tech.
