What we achieved together
How we did it

Supported the development of a five-year vision for 988 and the community crisis system that serves as a unifying vision for the future around which federal, state, and local systems are evolving

Developed common readiness-assessment tools and built playbooks to help states, tribes, 911, and 988 responders prepare for the transition to 988

Built an interactive calculator with RI International to project state and community resource needs for—and potential savings from—a fully developed crisis-care continuum

Convened stakeholders across the public and private sector to identify pathways to achieving sustainable financing of crisis services

Identified critical next steps to address workforce shortages, support equitable access to care, and improve the crisis-care system with technology-enabled support and tools
