Optimizing battery procurement costs for an automotive OEM
We helped a leading automotive OEM optimize its battery purchasing strategy for a major vehicle program. Through should-cost analyses derived from teardowns of supplier packs and cells, we developed a detailed cost model to aid negotiations and identified €1,250 in savings per vehicle.
